Inside Sales​/Sales Assistant

What you'll do

• Build accurate quotes on assigned jobs.
• Turn approved quotes into work orders and set honest lead times with production.
• Own your jobs start to finish and keep customers posted.
• Follow up after delivery.
• Help cover the front office: calls, emails, website inquiries, walk-ins.
• Grow into estimating for the outside sales team.

• Likes people, likes solving problems, good on the phone and in person.
• Organized. Can juggle quotes, jobs, and front-office coverage without dropping the ball.
• Willing to learn the technical side: signs, decals, wraps, and how they re made.
• Customer service, inside sales, or estimating experience is a plus. We ll train the right person.
• Solid computer skills. Comfortable with a quoting or order-entry system, spreadsheets, and email.
