Management and Sales Summer Internship

Join Sherwin-Williams' Management and Sales Summer Internship to gain hands-on experience in store operations and B2B sales within a global manufacturing leader. Working on-site in a local store, you'll learn inventory management, merchandising, and customer service while supporting sales to professional, industrial, and commercial customers. You'll partner with managers on territory development, assist with product recommendations, and learn proven sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising and opening/closing tasks
• Assist sales team with customer inquiries, product selection and order processing
• Learn and apply Sherwin-Williams sales processes to develop new and existing customer relationships
• Participate in territory and account development activities with store and sales leaders
• Prepare basic sales reports and track performance metrics as directed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment following company standards
• Attend training sessions on products, sales techniques and leadership development
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales and service goals
