Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
Build and nurture relationships with key clients to generate group business, including room bookings, food and beverage sales, and catering services. - Networking:
Participate in industry events and engage with local community leaders, organizations, and businesses to expand the hotel’s presence and sales opportunities. - Site Tours:
Conduct engaging site visits for potential clients to showcase hotel facilities and services. - Customer Management:
Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries and contract developments. - Budget Oversight:
Develop and manage the sales department budget, tracking performance against sales goals and reporting any variances to upper management.
- Experience:
Must have hotel experience - Organizational
Skills:
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. - Proactive Approach:
Demonstrates initiative, analytical thinking, and perseverance in achieving sales targets. - Team Player:
Professional demeanor and integrity, with a commitment to collaboration. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong grammatical skills. - Engagement:
