Security Officer - Gatehouse - Second Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access at gates and/or entry points by checking identification and credentials, issuing badges, verifying appointments, and maintaining visitor and vendor logs in accordance with location requirements.;
Monitor inbound and outbound traffic for a logistics and distribution location, including coordinating with dock staff, screening delivery documentation, and directing vehicles to designated areas as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying site leadership and/or emergency responders per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, yards, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
