Jensen Brothers Construction is actively seeking four experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support a large-scale dirt project. This is a hands‑on opportunity for hard‑working, goal‑oriented individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment. Operators will play a critical role in moving materials efficiently and safely, contributing to the successful delivery of major commercial and government projects.

Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, etc.) for site grading, earthmoving, and general construction tasks.
- Execute work from site plans and verbal direction accurately and safely.
- Maintain equipment through routine inspection and basic servicing.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site‑specific procedures.
- Work collaboratively with field supervisors and crew members.
- Perform equipment setup and tear‑down for job site mobilization.
- Assist with material handling and general labor when required.
- Complete daily logs and timecards accurately.
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or excavation environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours, including weekends when required.
- Ability to work on remote or travel‑based job sites.
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- No formal education required – hands‑on experience highly valued.
- Must pass background check as part of onboarding, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Competitive hourly pay: $31.50–$51.50 per hour.
