The selected candidate will work alongside experienced electricians to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a certified electrician. • Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Running wiring, conduit and piping for electrical systems
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine work required
• Troubleshooting electrical systems and making necessary repairs
• Ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Learning and following all safety procedures and guidelines

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Enrolment in an Electrical Apprenticeship Program is an asset
• Knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
