Laborer (ND) - Fargo, North Dakota (Job Number: 769423)
As a Laborer for our Midwest Buildings District, you will contribute to our team by:
- Reporting to work on time, ready to work safely and learn
- Assists project superintendent where needed
- Actively takes direction & asks questions to ensure tasks are understood
- Cleans and prepares construction sites as needed
- Loads or unloads construction materials
- Hand Digging
- Fence Maintenance
- Housekeeping
- Hand Trenching
- Minor demolitions
- Associated material cleanup and disposal
- Other duties as required
What you will bring to the role:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge and use of hand and power tools
- High regard for safety and pride for quality of work
- Self‑motivated and a team player
- Able to multi‑task, show initiative and ask questions as needed
- Able to follow directions to ensure completion of daily tasks
- Have a high degree of flexibility in a changing environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head.
- Should be able to navigate through the worksite on a daily basis
- Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening
- Legally authorized to work in the US
