- Assist with electrical and building systems installations, cabling, and terminations
- Work on construction and service projects under experienced supervision
- Gain paid, structured training with a pathway to Journeyman status
- Some electrical experience (school, trade, or initial fieldwork)
- Motivated to learn advanced building systems
- Seeking career growth and skill development in a supportive environment
