Helpers Needed for Shutdown - $110 Per Diem - Up to $28/hr - ND
Trillium Construction is hiring Millwright Helpers for a fast-paced outdoor shutdown project near Hillsboro, North Dakota. This role involves assisting millwrights, performing general labor, and supporting production welding in challenging, cold conditions. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and eager to work in industrial construction environments.
Perks & Benefits- Up to $28 per hour
- $110 per diem per day (all 7 days if full schedule worked)
- Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, state required leave)
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial construction
- Ability to perform general labor and assist millwrights
- Willingness to work outdoors in cold environments
- Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule, 40+ hours per week
- Stick welding experience (preferred)
