Shift and Time: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal
Wage:
Starting at $26/hour, with higher pay based on experience
Valid Driver's License & Construction Experience Required, Playground Installation Experience Preferred
Bonus Available up to $1,000
Summary- Lead and oversee all aspects of playground installation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise, train, and direct crew members to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Maintain excellent customer service, serving as the primary on-site contact while promoting a positive company image.
- Coordinate and prepare job sites for installation, including layout, excavation, concrete work, and site organization.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and accountability of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Operate and oversee the safe operation of hand and power tools, skid steers, air hammers, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Safely operate company vehicles and ensure crew compliance with vehicle and equipment policies.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining productivity and morale.
- Coordinate crew support for fence and traffic control projects when playground work is unavailable.
- Enforce and uphold all DFC Company safety and environmental policies; conduct job site safety meetings and ensure compliance at all times.
- Communicate project progress, material needs, and any job site concerns with management in a timely manner.
- Required to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
