We are seeking experienced Carpenters for a project located in Fargo, ND.

How you will contribute to the team:

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute work accurately and independently

* Construct, install, and repair structures and components using hand and power tools

* Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures

* Complete work with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship

* Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and project schedules

* Assist with material handling, deliveries, and site logistics to keep work progressing efficiently

* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times

* Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and reinforcing safe, high-quality work practices

* Take initiative and perform other duties as required to support overall project success

What you will bring to the role:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* 5+ years of experience preferred

* Must have reliable transportation and a good attendance record

* Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head.

* Arm, hand, and finger dexterity with both hands involved in activities such as reaching, handling, and feeling--and with good eyesight.

* Should be able to navigate through the work-site on a daily basis

* Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure.

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

* Legally authorized to work in the US
