Window and Door Installer Lead – Fargo, ND – Pella Northland.
Responsibilities- Read work order and specifications to determine installation method and material requirements.
- Remove existing windows and doors.
- Measure, mark, and cut openings to appropriate dimensions.
- Secure windows and doors according to Pella Northland guidelines and quality standards.
- Install window and door hardware and accessories.
- Patch drywall as required.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install metal framing and decorative trim.
- Clean job site after installation.
- Communicate effectively with customers as a reputable Pella representative.
- Request completion certificates from customers and strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” feedback.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the highest quality of work.
- Provide second measures and/or field inspections as required.
- Prevent damage to product during installation.
- Ensure all products/material removed from the warehouse are scanned and return logistics are reported.
- Use and store company tools properly, including hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Meet safety requirements by maintaining a clean work area, following precautions, wearing required apparel, and reporting any safety issues.
- Install jams and trim as needed.
- Primary operator of the vehicle.
- Conduct walkthroughs upon completion and obtain signed completion certificates.
- Document work progress and quality for each job in Company Cam.

Salary Range: $35–$37 per hour.
