8 am - 5 pm | Monday through Friday | Occasional Overtime

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable work ethic and professional attitude
• Universal EPA certification preferred
• HVAC technical school training is a plus

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune‑ups
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Deliver accurate, high‑quality service with strong attention to detail
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians as needed
