This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial roofing well, enjoys being the go to expert on the crew, and likes being the right-hand person without wanting a full-time managerial role.

• Support the Foreman with day to day production and field operations
• Review plans, scope, and goals to help keep the crew productive and on schedule
• Coordinate materials, staging, and quality checks
• Make field decisions and bring escalations to the Foreman when needed
• Assist with documenting production notes, changes, and daily project details
• Help newer crew members learn best practices and solid roofing techniques without being their boss

• Experienced in commercial roofing or exterior construction
• Someone who has seen enough jobs to know how things should go in the field
• Clear communication skills and the ability to relay information and ask questions
• Organized, reliable, and detail focused
• Comfortable with basic computer and email usage
• Open to travel as needed or assigned

• Competitive hourly pay: $30 to $40 per hour
