Video Technician (V2)
The Video Technician (V2) assists video lead with set-up of equipment (switchers, cameras, computers) and signal paths for events. The V2 assists with setting up all stage level and back of house, including projection screens, confidence monitors, video podiums, LED panel builds, resolutions on TVs and projectors, loading files (video, Codec), works with livestream encoders, set-up intercoms, uses basic networking skills for cable paths and runs, wiring and digitizer, build cameras, signal testing to Technical Director (TD/V1) front of house, and understands basic video troubleshooting for preparation for the show.
A strong ability to troubleshoot problems and think quickly on your feet are a must, ability to lift at least 50 pounds, as well as the ability to work on short deadlines and intense pressure preferred.
