Maintenance Technician

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a leading producer of insulated glass units located in Fargo, ND. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Troubleshoot and repair of production equipment, including repairs to highly automated industrial equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on production and assembly equipment
• Maintain records by tracking the results of work done on a work order
• Communicate in a timely manner when more parts are needed by filling out a purchase requisition for the parts manager

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance-related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair, as well as previous experience
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen as well as adhere to random screening
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment physical demand test
