AboutThe Role Concrete Crew Member
As a Concrete Crew Member at Valor Contracting, you will be setting forms, grading and preparing materials, placing and finishing concrete, and performing various on-site tasks. Ideal candidates will have prior construction experience, be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and be physically capable of lifting 50-75 pounds. Reliability, dedication, and a strong work ethic are essential. Forklift experience is a plus, and the ability to work into the evening to finish floors is required.

Monday - Thursday | 7 am - 5 pm - Work Type:
Full Time, Hourly
- Setting forms including stakes, edge forms, wall forms
- Grading base materials and placing rebar
- Placing wet concrete
- Finishing concrete to various specifications
- Additional duties as assigned
- Are able to stay later into the evening to properly finish floors
- Have previous experience on construction jobsites
- Have forklift operation experience (preferred, not required)
- Are familiar with hand-held tools and equipment
- Have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions
- Are able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
- Are responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable

Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
