- Operate newer Caterpillar and John Deere equipment.
- Handle tractors, combines, and sprayers equipped with GPS, auto‑steer, and monitors.
- Perform light mechanical work to support operations.
- Assist with fabrication and installation of field tiles (desired but not required).
- Good with equipment, self‑motivated, and willing to learn.
- Non‑smoker.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid CDL.
- Health insurance.
- Paid vacations.
- Year‑end bonus based on work ethic and dependability.
- Available housing in the area.
Salary range depends on experience and ability to master the required skills.
