With Fusion being a member of the IEC Dakotas, you will have the opportunity to enroll in their accredited apprenticeship training at minimal to zero cost to you. (other programs are available.)

As an Apprentice Electrician with us, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects. You will gain hands‑on experience and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed in your career. So, in addition to free education you are getting paid to enhance your skills to move up in the electrical trade

• Electrical experience of 1 year preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to get to work each day.

• Installation of new complete electrical wiring systems in mixed‑use buildings, townhomes, small offices, and small industrial spaces.
• Digging trenches, ability to work overhead and at heights, load and unload material and equipment.
• Provide and use hand tools.
• Attention to detail & problem solving skills

Work schedule:

4/10 with the availability of overtime plus continuous year‑round work
