M-F 8am to 5pm with On-call rotation for weekends and after hours

• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch service for break fix calls including PCs, laptops, printers, POS, and other assorted products
• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1 to 2 years' field service experience is needed, more is preferred.
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? Current CompTIA A+, additional certs are nice
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $20-22/hr
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Potentially up to 100 miles per day, but most days should be less
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Within 20-30 miles of Fargo, ND
