• Troubleshoot, diagnose, document and repair company and customer road construction equipment, attachments, and so much more
• Engage in cross departmental and cross dealership collaboration for training, learning and growing your skills
• Provide great service experiences for our customers

• A solid technician background, skilled in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs and systems
• High mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and understand schematics
• A full set of tools
• Reliability, self-motivation, positivity, and a can-do attitude
