Responsibilities- Operate asphalt plant equipment safely, correctly, timely, and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance, adjust controls, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain records of daily production, inventory movements, and related documentation.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Experience operating asphalt plants or related heavy equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for overtime as needed.
