Construction Laborer
Join our team as a laborer, where you'll play an essential role in supporting project managers and foremen in the installation of piping systems for storm and sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. You will also assist in grading trenches, positioning pipes, and sealing joints, gaining valuable skills in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and foremen in laying pipe for storm and sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
- Help grade trenches and ensure proper alignment of pipes.
- Seal pipe joints to ensure system integrity.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, and skid steers as needed.
Essential
Skills:
- General labor experience in construction.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in pipe laying.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
