As a Maintenance Technician II at Marvin, you will support Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management by keeping production equipment and facilities running safely and reliably. In our manufacturing environment, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support new equipment installs and upgrades. You'll use a CMMS, follow strict safety and LOTO procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, utilities, and building systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes.
- Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment and upgrades in collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance teams.
- Use CMMS to prioritize, document, and close work orders, maintaining accurate maintenance and asset records.
- Follow all safety, LOTO, and environmental procedures while contributing to a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance peers to improve reliability, throughput, and product quality.
- Recommend and help implement continuous improvement ideas to extend asset life and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Provide occasional off-shift or on-call support as needed to sustain plant operations.
Required Skills
- Preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (120/240/480
- V)
- Hydraulics and pneumatics maintenance
- Reading mechanical/electrical schematics
- CMMS use for work orders and PMs
- Welding and fabrication (basic)
- Industrial controls and sensors familiarity
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Safety practices: LOTO, PPE, 5
