Experienced HVAC Service Tech
Location: Fargo, ND
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Qualified Candidates!

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent service
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Support and mentor less experienced technicians
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Universal EPA certification preferred
- HVAC technical school training is a plus
