Position Overview
Red River Human Services is dedicated to affirming human worth, rights, and dignity by providing services to people with disabilities that enhance the quality of their lives and enable them to live, work, and develop relationships within their communities. Seeking a dependable Full‑Time Lead Direct Support Professional to teach and assist people with disabilities to be independent in their daily activities.
Qualifications- Must be an eligible driver for RRHSF (at least 25 years old, valid driver's license, & driven for 5+ years) and have a reliable, insured vehicle
- Be dependable, reliable, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Demonstrate ability to approach challenging situations with a calm approach
- Provide different levels of support to people with disabilities to meet their needs
- Provide training and oversight to other DSP’s
- Attend team meetings and appointments as needed
- Be willing to assist with personal cares
- Assist Residential Coordinator and House Coordinator with administrative duties, including medication record audits, financial audits, data audits, and preparation of house menu and grocery list
- Pass medications and assist with medication training of other staff
- Participate in on‑call rotation

Week Two: 31.5 Scheduled Hours; 8.5 Office Hours to be Filled
Sunday: 3:00 PM-10:30 PM

Wednesday: 6:00 AM-11:00 AM; 3:00 PM-9:00 PM
