First Link is seeking Overnight Helpline Specialists to support individuals via phone, text, or online chat, de-escalate crises, and refer to local resources. You will engage with callers across the 988 Lifeline, 211, and regional crisis lines.
The Overnight shift is 12AM-8AM and part of the holiday rotation, with two consecutive days off between Monday and Thursday after training. Training is provided to ensure readiness to help others daily.
