The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for a candidate to join our Program Services team as a Case Manager (QIDP).

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing, monitoring and reporting on support plans
• Conducting assessments and creating progress reports
• Coordinating and facilitating support network meetings
• Traveling to local community sites to assess progress of supported individuals' personal objectives
• Training Direct Support Professionals on methods, strategies and techniques relative to supported individuals’ programs and active support

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or other related field.
• Minimum one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health or related field.
• Must complete the competency-based modules as dictated by the North Dakota Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Division.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
