Overview
Insight Global is currently looking for 2 Java Engineers for a financial services client in Fargo, ND. These Engineers will be rewriting a COBOL legacy application to Java 17. They will need to hit the ground running and contribute day 1. They will be on a close knit, collaborative team. There will also be opportunity to mentor other Engineers on the team.
The annual salary for this role is between $80,/yr.
- Rewrite a COBOL legacy application to Java 17.
- Contribute from day one as part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
- Mentor other engineers on the team.
- 3-8 years of Java development experience
- 3+ years of Angular or another front-end facing application
- Type Script
- Spring Boot
- REST API development
- Azure Dev Ops
- COBOL migration experience
- Mainframe modernization experience
