Salesforce Release Engineer
As a Salesforce Release Engineer, you will work closely with developers, product owners, test engineers, and architects to ensure the timely and effective deployment of Salesforce products in a variety of industry contexts. You will participate in all aspects of the Salesforce development lifecycle—including configuration, customization, and the implementation of applications and third‑party integrations. Additionally, you will advise our government clients on how to adopt new technologies or add new features to support their mission, and you will help modernize existing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute Salesforce releases.
- Implement Deployment pipelines using Salesforce Dev Ops tools such as Git Hub, Copado, and Salesforce DX.
- Manage source control, versioning, and metadata migration across environments.
- Lead deployment teams for complex IT systems, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, recommending best practices for Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and integration.
- Mentor and grow junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops technologies and tools, including Git Hub, Copado, and Salesforce DX.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Ability to lead deployment teams and manage complex releases across large programs.
- Experience obtaining and maintaining Public Trust or suitability/fitness determinations based on client requirements.
- High school diploma or GED. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with federal government or healthcare IT environments.
- Experience with automated testing integration within release pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client‑facing proficiencies.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $69,400.00 to $ annualized USD, based on location, education, skills, and experience.
