CDL Freight Driver

Shift and Time

7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal

Starting at $25/hour, with higher pay based on experience

Valid Commercial Driver's License Required

• Transport freight, materials, and equipment between company offices located in Fargo, Bismarck, Minot, Williston, and Brooklyn Park, as well as to designated job sites.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently while ensuring all cargo is properly secured and compliant with DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to verify safe operating condition and report maintenance needs.
• Operate forklifts and skid-steers to assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Support yard and field crews as needed based on workload demands.
• Maintain basic knowledge of yard organization, including locations of DFC materials, 3D materials, and tools.
• Participate in biweekly toolbox meetings covering safety, training, deadlines, and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude while assisting in multiple areas of the company during downtime.
• Complete additional duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

• Required to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
