Summary Join our regional, dedicated team as a CDL Class A Driver supporting Family Dollar store routes across the region. This is a solo driving role with reliable freight, modern automatic equipment, weekly payroll, and strong earning potential—plus a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and guaranteed minimum weekly pay.

• Dedicated, assigned route working directly with Family Dollar stores
• High‑quality equipment: automatic transmission trucks
• Driver assistance provided; trailer unloading is required

• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer safely and professionally on a dedicated regional route.
• Deliver freight to Family Dollar store locations according to scheduled appointments and route plans.
• Assist with trailer unloading as required at delivery sites, following safe material‑handling practices.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation in compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch/operations regarding delays, road conditions, or service issues.
• Ensure cargo is secured and handled properly to prevent damage and maintain delivery quality.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations and support positive customer relationships.

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience (Class
  
  A).
• Ability and willingness to perform trailer unloading as part of the route requirements.
• Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow a dedicated schedule and routing requirements.

• Prior dedicated, regional, or retail store delivery experience.
• Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and comfort working independently in a solo role.
