Job Title: First Shift Forklift Operator
Location: Fargo, ND
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
About the PositionKelly is hiring a reliable First Shift Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts to move, stack, and count products in a safe and efficient way.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks.
- Move and organize materials in the warehouse.
- Unload incoming shipments and store products.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipping.
- Make sure the correct products and amounts are shipped.
- Use RF scanners and complete basic paperwork.
- Help with inventory counts.
- Report safety issues or inventory problems to your supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- At least 6 months of sit-down forklift and reach truck operation experience (required)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach during your shift.
- Able to lift and pull 10–50 lbs.
- Basic math and computer skills (including Excel).
- Willing to work in varying warehouse conditions.
- Team player with good customer service skills.
