Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Job Title: First Shift Forklift Operator

Location: Fargo, ND

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Kelly is hiring a reliable First Shift Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts to move, stack, and count products in a safe and efficient way.

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks.
• Move and organize materials in the warehouse.
• Unload incoming shipments and store products.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipping.
• Make sure the correct products and amounts are shipped.
• Use RF scanners and complete basic paperwork.
• Help with inventory counts.
• Report safety issues or inventory problems to your supervisor.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

• At least 6 months of sit-down forklift and reach truck operation experience (required)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach during your shift.
• Able to lift and pull 10–50 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills (including Excel).
• Willing to work in varying warehouse conditions.
• Team player with good customer service skills.
