Forklift Operator - Weekends

Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Kelly is hiring a Weekend Forklift Operator for our client’s warehouse. In this role, you will operate sit-down and stand up forklifts and reach trucks to move, stack, and count merchandise. You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly, safely, and accurately.

• Operate sit-down and stand up forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move, stack, and store merchandise in assigned areas.
• Unload inbound shipments and move items to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment based on customer needs.
• Confirm correct product types and quantities are shipped.
• Use RF scanners and maintain basic inventory paperwork.
• Assist with physical and cycle inventory counts.
• Rotate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• At least 6 months of sit-down forklift and reach truck experience (required)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and computer skills (including Excel).
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for up to 10–12 hours per shift.
• Able to lift and pull 10–50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in changing warehouse conditions (noise, lighting, temperature).
• Flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
