$250 90-Day Retention Bonus Eligible employees who successfully complete 90 days of employment, maintain satisfactory attendance and performance, and remain employed in good standing at the time of payout will receive a $250 retention bonus .

$250 Employee Referral Bonus Employees who refer a candidate who is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment in good standing will receive a $250 referral bonus . Referred candidates must identify the referring employee during the application process to qualify.

Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Must be capable of lifting, loading, and delivering packages

Must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability

Must maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, professional conduct at all times and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions

Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of employment
