Job Overview

Safety-Kleen in Fargo, ND is seeking a CDL B Sales and Service Route Driver
.

This role will train the driver to operate a Class B box truck while providing onsite service for parts washer machines, picking up containerized hazardous waste, and selling products and services within a defined route.

Weekends guaranteed off.

• Hotel stay during travel (5 nights per month out of 30)

• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Visit 10–12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15‑ and 30‑gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Serve automotive repair, fleet and manufacturing type businesses.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries and pick‑ups in a timely manner.
• Follow all local, state and federal compliance regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state and federal requirements.
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Class B CDL.
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Perform physical functions required for the job.
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test and physical, by position.
• Meet OSHA respiratory protection facial‑hair standards per 29 CFR .

• Commercial route driving experience (Class C or non‑CDL).
• Strong customer service skills.

Pay Range: $15.65 - $36.35 hourly.
