CDL-A Dedicated Retail Driver – Hand Unload

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, dedicated retail account operating out of Warrensburg, MO. This position is ideal for drivers who prefer active work with guaranteed weekly home time.

• Earnings: $1,610 average weekly gross (~$83,000/year; top 10% bring home $2,100+/week or $109,000+/year).
• Pay Breakdown: $0.70 to $0.76 CPM (experience-based) + $320 load pay (avg 2–3 loads/week) + up to 3% mileage safety/on-time bonus.
• Workload & Miles: Averaging 1,600 miles weekly (1,000–2,500 round-trip range); 2–3 loads per week with 4–5 delivery stops per load.
• Unload Type: 100% hand-offload using roller ramps (no pallets or lumpers).
• Schedule & Equipment: Home weekly with a guaranteed 34-hour reset (typically including Saturday or Sunday). Take-your-truck-home privileges allowed.
• Bonus Potential: Eligible for up to $2,000 retention bonuses per qualification period.
