Job Title: 1st Shift Order Selector
Location: Fargo, ND
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
About the PositionKelly is seeking a reliable Selector to join our client's warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products while supporting an efficient and safe warehouse operation.
What You’ll Do- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Select and assemble customer orders for shipment.
- Load, unload, move, and store products in assigned areas.
- Pick, check, sort, consolidate, wrap, and load pallets for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy and check for any damage.
- Complete pre-operation checklists for equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks.
- Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules.
- Perform sanitation and other general duties as needed.
- At least 6 months of motorized/electric pallet jack operation experience (required)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective customer service skills and basic math skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for up to 10–12 hours each shift.
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 10–50 lbs. as needed.
- Willing and able to work in changing warehouse conditions (noise, lighting, temperature).
- Flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
