Order Selector - 1st Shift

Job Title: 1st Shift Order Selector

Location: Fargo, ND

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Kelly is seeking a reliable Selector to join our client's warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products while supporting an efficient and safe warehouse operation.

• Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Select and assemble customer orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and store products in assigned areas.
• Pick, check, sort, consolidate, wrap, and load pallets for shipping.
• Verify order accuracy and check for any damage.
• Complete pre-operation checklists for equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks.
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules.
• Perform sanitation and other general duties as needed.

• At least 6 months of motorized/electric pallet jack operation experience (required)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for up to 10–12 hours each shift.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 10–50 lbs. as needed.
• Willing and able to work in changing warehouse conditions (noise, lighting, temperature).
• Flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
