The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse organization. This is a hands‑on role focused on ensuring products, materials, and customer orders are accurately received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner.
This role works collaboratively with team members across the organization to support efficient operations and deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
- Assist with assembly, packaging, or light production activities as needed.
- Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, and customer service teams to support operational needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high‑quality standard.
- Maintain accurate and organized work practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse and inventory systems.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.
