Warehouse Associate - Fargo

Position Summary

• Starting Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 hourly

• Our order fulfillment center is a fast-paced, technology driven atmosphere with a sole focus on the customer and client.
• Order fulfillment specialist (picker/packer) to pick, pack, and ship orders per company standards and procedures.
• The Order Picker/Packer is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the shipping/staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.

• Shipping and receiving, checking merchandises, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe.
• Manage inventory through computer software.
• Ability to work between multiple software programs.

• Communication proficiency.

• Must be able to physically participate in repetitive bending and lifting throughout the duration of your shift.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of our shift (mainly concrete style flooring).
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Employee sometimes required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.

• Personal protective equipment provided or required.
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.

• One year of prior warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
