Fargo, North Dakota – Onsite

Your Impact

The Field Materials Handler will perform an array of functions including but not limited to:
Receiving and processing incoming products, picking and filling customer orders, managing and organizing product stock, and loading/offloading of trucks. Your work enables operational efficiency and helps Accelevation scale reliably as we grow.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of shipping and receiving of truck loads, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders.
  • File requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
  • Perform daily cycle counts.
  • Clear and manage the materials queue in Epicor.
  • Ensure the warehouse and other storage spaces are accessible and safe for employees and customers.
  • Pull parts for customer orders.
  • Load and unload trucks with materials and supplies.
  • Inventory, organize and label items within the warehouse or storage spaces.
  • Clean work area and remove trash daily.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or materials handling role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Forklift experience required
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on assignments
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience
  • Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse associate or general labor position
  • Experience driving a forklift truck and telehandler is preferred.
