What You’ll DoAs a key member of our service team, you will help create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding guests through their service needs with confidence and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting customers and helping them feel welcome and supported.
- Listening carefully to customer concerns and offering knowledgeable recommendations.
- Scheduling service appointments and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Preparing accurate, transparent service and repair estimates.
- Ensuring every service is completed to the highest standard and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Maintaining an organized, professional workspace.
- Staying current on automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Providing outstanding support to the reconditioning department, service director, and service/parts teams.
- Communicating clearly and effectively across departments.
Competitive Earnings: $50,000 – $100,000+ Includes base salary plus bonuses based on performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements What You BringWe’re looking for someone who is energetic, solutions-driven, and ready to be a positive force in our service department. Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (dealership experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- A calm, customer-first approach—even under pressure.
- Ability to use multiple computer programs efficiently and simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Minnesota driver’s license meeting insurability standards.
