Collision Estimator

Harry Brows LLC is seeking a Collision Estimator to provide accurate, client-focused vehicle damage assessments. In this role, you'll inspect vehicles, document damage, and prepare detailed repair estimates using industry software. You'll coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs while keeping clients informed at every step. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients needing collision repair estimates
• Inspect vehicle damage and document necessary repairs with accuracy and detail
• Prepare comprehensive, itemized repair estimates using estimating software
• Communicate repair scope, timelines, and costs clearly to clients
• Coordinate with insurance companies, adjusters, and internal teams to obtain approvals
• Update clients regularly on repair status and any changes to estimates
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards, safety guidelines, and shop policies
• Work collaboratively with technicians to validate repair plans and parts needs
• Maintain accurate records, photos, and documentation for each case
• Support a client-first, respectful environment aligned with firm values
