Spanish-English Dual-Immersion Teacher Positions

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Proof of proficiency may be required. Must be able to build strong, positive relationships with families and students. Must have experience with teaching language through content.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Student Success Coordinator, district literacy coach(s) and curriculum to develop a strong immersion kindergarten program and classroom. Teach language and content in Spanish 100% of the school day. Work hours from 7:30-3:30 daily. Regular communication with guardians on student progress. Licensure:
Elementary teaching license by the State of Minnesota.

Faribault Public Schools is a rural Pre-K through Adult School District located about 50 miles south of the Twin-Cities. The school district currently serves approximately 3,700 students in Faribault and our surrounding areas within our community of 23,000 citizens within the city limits. District sites include one early childhood/Kindergarten school, two elementary schools 1-5, one middle school 6-8, one high school 9-12, one area learning center 9-12 and one education center for adult education.

Daily pay range: $259.04 - $485.53 depending on experience.
