QualificationsCandidates must meet Minnesota Highly Qualified requirements through one of the following:
- Associate’s Degree (AA)
- Completion of 60 post‑secondary credits
- A passing score on the Para Pro or Para Educator assessment
- Equivalent training, coursework, and experience as approved by the Minnesota Department of Education
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
