Description

It's our mission to make sure they have the right tools for the job, and an easy, hassle-free experience at our store so they can get in, get out and get on with the job r top priority as a Safety Technician is to support the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and institutional policies.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred. - 2–3 years of experience in a related position or field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated passion, initiative, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to influence others through dedication to safety practices and standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to identify workplace hazards using methods such as machine guard audits, ergonomic assessments, and job safety/hazard analyses (JSA/JHA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a manner that promotes a safe and collaborative environment.
- Ability to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
