Trystar’s team members are our most important asset. We are searching for a Senior Product Compliance Manager to join our team (Burnsville, MN; Faribault, MN; Houston, TX; Charlotte NC; Waukesha WI). As part of the engineering team, you will see products from the engineering prototype phase to series production. You will manage a compliance engineering team ensuring Trystar’s electrical power solutions comply with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.

You will oversee the development and implementation of compliance strategies, manage testing and certification processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate compliance into product design and manufacturing. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep knowledge of electrical engineering, regulatory standards, and team management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, experienced, and motivated compliance professional who enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems with creative and innovative solutions while working with multiple different cross‑functional teams.

• Regulatory Compliance. Ensure that all Trystar products meet applicable standards, including UL, NEC, IEEE, CSA, and other regional regulations.
