Based in our state-of-the-art headquarters in Faribault, MN, safety, and integrity are our guiding principles, and we work together to achieve excellence for our customers every day.

Trystar's team members are our most important asset, and we expect this position to play a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, validating, and deploying manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and standardized processes that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and scalability across the enterprise.

This role is part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) organization and focuses on designing the future state of manufacturing rather than providing routine daily production support. The position works across multiple facilities to evaluate opportunities, develop business cases, mature technologies, reduce labor content, improve manufacturing capacity, and deploy repeatable solutions that can be standardized throughout the organization.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer serves as a technical leader for manufacturing technology initiatives and collaborates with Product Engineering, Operations, Site Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and external technology partners to ensure solutions deliver measurable business results and are sustainable long after deployment.
