Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy. Act as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff. Effectively communicate and address member needs to enhance overall experience and satisfaction. Contribute to strengthening the Credit Union's brand by consistently presenting a friendly, positive demeanor that reflects our core values of integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with prior customer service experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is important, as is proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch for transaction accuracy. Cash handling experience is preferred. Regular attendance is crucial for a reliable banking environment.
