Job Summary

Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team in Faribault, MN. This role focuses on providing evidence‑based therapy, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment planning for adults in a structured outpatient treatment setting.

As a Mental Health Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LICSW or LPCC), you’ll perform mental health diagnostic assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy within established programs. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating care with community providers, and supporting patients through their course of care. For Intermediate Care Programs, practice aligns with CMS, MN DHS Manuals, and MN
* 245I standards. This role offers a $5,000 retention bonus.

• Perform mental health diagnostic assessments per regulatory standards.

• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Allina in‑house within 180 days).
• Suicide prevention training within 90 days of hire.

Sedentary: lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally.

Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
